1. Sales Officer

Responsibilities

	Achieve agreed sales target within specific time.
	Promote and sell the company products and services.
	Perform outbond calls to clients.
	Provide sales support and service for existing accounts.
	Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.

Requirements:

	Minimum Diploma or eqivalent..
	Telesales/telemarketing experience is an advantage.
	Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
	Must possess own transport.
	Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
	Age between 22 and 40 years.
	Pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in sales.
	Self motivated and result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
	Candidates with proven track record in sales and potential to lead the sales team will be given due consideration for executive designation upon confirmation.
	Able to start immediately.

2. Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

	To assist the Accounts Executive in the day to day running of the finance department.
	To assist in handling of full-set of accounts..
	To assist in accounts payable and receivables and to ensure that payments are updated.
	To prepare Vouchers, Cheques, Reports and other records.
	Monthly and yearly financial projection (P&L, Cashflow and budgets)
	Liase with banks, tax agents, auditor and company secretary.
	Preparation of monthly reconciliations, schedules and reports.
	Responsible for general administration.
	Responsible to any ad-hoc tack assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

	Diploma/LCCI in Accounting/ Professional Certificate or eqivalent..
	Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field..
	Able to handle full sets of accounts.
	Must meet tight deadlines.
	Familiar with Quickbooks accounting program..
	A wizard in Microsoft Office programs and the Internet.
	Meticulous and well organized.
	A team player.
	Excellent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.

3. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

	Design book covers, internal layout of books, posters and promotional materials.
	Develop creative graphics and animations.
	Designing of banners, email and other marketing creative to aid the promotion of the websites.

Requirements:

	At least a diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
	At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
	A master in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
	A wizard in Microsoft Office programs and the Internet.
	Meticulous and well organized.
	Creative, dedicated and must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
	Excellent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.

4. Editor

Responsibilities

	Vet manuscripts suitable for publishing.
	Edit, check and organize all materials for publication.
	Proofread text and cover.
	Check and edit layout.
	Edit and update books for reprints .
	Liase with authors, translators, external auditors, designers and printers.

Requirements:

	At least a Post Graduate Diploma or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent..
	At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
	Excellent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.
	Meticulous and well organized.
	Good PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
	Ability to work to tight deadlines .
	A team player.
	Loves books and reading.
	Good interpersonal skills.

	Good PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
	Ability to work to tight deadlines
