Thank you for visiting this page. I am honored that you are taking some time to browse through here. I congratulate you on your first step to the world of property auctions and property investment.

The reason for writing this short letter is to tell you why I planned this programme and how it could benefit you tremendously in your finances. To do this, I will tell you my story...

I started working at the young age of 18. At that time I was already earning over RM2,000. I also had dreams of becoming very rich. Though I realised that the big money was in running your own business, I loved my job very much and so did not want to quit. That left investments as the vehicle for me to build wealth.

So I started to research on how to most effectively build wealth. I researched stocks, unit trusts, futures, options and even commodities. Finally, I decided on stocks and unit trusts.

Unfortunately, the years went by and I did not make much from the investments. Though I made a little bit of money, I also lost a lot more. And this was after doing a lot of research work. I was very upset because I'd read everywhere about investors making it big. Why did I not make it?

Then someone mentioned about properties. "Hmm, that's interesting..I never thought of that before," I told myself. Then I started my research on property investment and discovered a very interesting point about millionaires...

I found out that all millionaires owned a significant portion of their wealth in properties. They either made their money through properties or invested in properties after they made their money.

So if I wanted to become rich, it would obviously make sense to do what the rich are doing - which is investing in properties. But I also knew that a lot of people lost money in properties. As I did not want to lose money like them, I continued my research.

I discovered another point - though properties are good investments, you must know what you are doing in order to make money consistently from them. And the truth is that most people don't know what they are doing. Even if they did make money, it was just by pure luck. And because they did not know the reason why, they cannot repeat the process.

So I read a lot of books, asked a lot of questions and observed the successful investors. Though I made mistakes in the early days, these were quickly addressed. In time, I became very good at it. So today, I have built a property portfolio worth over RM4 million - all on a part-time basis. This will only increase in the future.

The simple truth is that anyone can become a Property Millionaire in Malaysia - if you know what you are doing. And at this programme, I will share with you the critical success factors and a lot more information on property investments that will help you make money, reduce your problems and work while reducing the common mistakes at the same time.

Looking back, I actually wasted years and lots of money doing the wrong things. I don't want you to take the same route.
